My large client based in Birmingham is looking for a 2nd Line Support/ ITIL Analyst list to come on board within their expanding team and assist in the growth of this even further. • ITIL Foundation
• Good knowledge of IT services delivered within a corporate environment
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to make effective decisions under pressure
