We are searching for driven and organised Site Supervisor to join a well-established roofing company who have been working in the roofing industry for over 30 years.

You will be a pivotal part of the team and be responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager

Job: Site Supervisor - Full-time

Location: Newton Abbot / Field Based / South Devon - Exeter

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 7:30am - 5pm

Salary: Starting salary of £36,000 with flexibility to increase depending on experience

Benefits: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Pension Scheme, 33 Days Holiday inclusive of bank holidays.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee, manage, organise and control daily operations of approximately 15 contracts simultaneously.
Conduct pre- and mid-roof inspections to verify readiness, compliance, and safety.
Complete final roof signoffs.
Deliver toolbox talks to tradesmen.
Record site manager conversations via internal app.
Monitor on-site materials and coordinate scheduling with site teams and Contracts Manager.
Liaise with roofing trades and labourers.
Communicate with the buying department to prevent delays.
Attend weekly subcontractor and office meetings to review progress and upcoming plansSite Supervisor Experience & Skills

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and organisational skills
3 years' experience within the construction or roofing sectors
UK Driving Licence
