Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is recruiting a proactive Technical Compliance Manager to join their team.

You'll be responsible for the ongoing development of a robust Quality Management System that aligns with BRC standards and exceeds customer expectations. You will take ownership of the internal audit system, manage corrective actions effectively, and play a key role in maintaining and updating the site's HACCP plan.

You will actively identify and mitigate risks across the business and communicate outcomes and responsibilities to resolve any non-conformances.

Key responsibilities include updating key performance indicators, managing complaints and conducting thorough investigations to identify root cause and maintaining the environmental monitoring schedule. You will also oversee pest control actions, calibration processes, and testing requirements for new product development, ensuring these align with the company's technical standards.

You'll ensure the regular validation and review of HACCP systems. Additionally, you will engage with non-technical teams to resolve non-conformances.
Reporting to the Factory Technical Manager, you'll deputise in their managing the quality team and overseeing daily food safety and legal requirements.
