Job Responsibilities:

* Lead the Art and Design Technology department, overseeing curriculum development and implementation.

* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging art and DT lessons.

* Organize and oversee art exhibitions and DT projects.

* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

* Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art and DT into the wider curriculum.

Job Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in Art, Design Technology, or a related field.

* Experience teaching art and DT at the secondary school level.

* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* A passion for art and design, and a commitment to inspiring students
