Copart's Member Services Team are responsible for the registration and renewal of all Copart Members. To be able to bid and buy in our UK and Ireland auctions, new Members must complete the registration process and then annually renew their membership.
The team are the first point of contact for current and new Members who have questions regarding registration, renewal, the website, bidding, buying, fees, collection/delivery and all other questions connected with our business
The Member Support Executive is responsible for liaising with our Members that have bought vehicles, and working through the payment process with them to ensure that the vehicles are paid for and not relisted. A high level of customer service with our Members is maintained at all times, via email and telephone.
What we need from you:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or debt collection role.
- Good rapport building skills to be able to develop business relationships.
- Excellent customer service focus, attitude and skills.
- Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in dealing with demanding customers.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Experience in dealing with customers from all over the world.
- Microsoft Office applications proficient.
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in another language is advantageous, but not essential
