CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance in a commercial building in Barbican, London.  The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical and AC commercial building maintenance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Mechanical maintenance  duties
Condensers, Condenser returns
AHUs / FCUs -  filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
Pumps - PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
Close control units on A/C Units
Planned and reactive maintenance
Extensive building services knowledge 

Hours of Work & rates

up to £25p/h
Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
Temporary ongoing role
Immediate start 

Requirements

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 / Mechanical C&G
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
