As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in the school community, providing stability and structure for students during their learning journey. You will need to be confident, adaptable, and able to engage with students in a way that fosters a positive learning environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain focused on set tasks.
Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials and supporting students with their learning.
Managing classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies.
Maintaining a calm and constructive learning environment.
Offering support and encouragement to students, helping them to stay engaged and motivated.What we are looking for:

Previous experience working in a similar role within a secondary school setting.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage with students of different abilities.
Flexibility and adaptability to cover a variety of subjects.
