The Job You'll Do;

* Conduct in-depth analyses of current manufacturing workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

* Lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce waste, and improve productivity.

* Implement and sustain lean manufacturing methodologies, such as Six Sigma, across the facility.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce best practices in production.

* Optimise material flow, equipment utilisation, and production layouts.

* Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by ensuring efficient and scalable production processes.

* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement projects.

* Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

About You;

* A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

* Experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or a related role.

* Knowledge of metal manufacturing processes, fabrication and tool design would be desirable.

* Familiarity with APQP/PPAP processes and manufacturing equipment.

* Proficiency in 3D CAD/CAM software (Autodesk Inventor or similar) and MS Office tools.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
