Social Worker, £40ph, Family & Friends Assessment
Pertemps are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join the Family and Friends Assessment Team, to ensure the safety of children and suitable alternative family placements for the most vulnerable children in Liverpool. The postholder will have the skills and experience to complete viability reports and family and friends' assessments.

Requirements:

Experienced social worker in fostering, preferably with safeguarding experience
Experience in completing form C fostering assessments.
Experience in presenting assessments to the fostering panel.
Experience of completing viability, kinships and SGO assessments.
Good working knowledge of fostering regulations/legislation and National Minimum Standards.
Ability to work to court timescales.
Ability to work closely with the local authority child care and legal teams.
