About the Role: Are you a skilled Maintenance Electrician looking for an exciting and stable role? Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems, including emergency light and fire alarm systems.

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults quickly and effectively.
*
Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and emergency electrical issues.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
*
Upgrade and install new electrical systems when required, including sockets and lighting.
*
Maintain accurate records of all electrical works and repairs.
*
Work closely with site management and clients to provide top-quality service delivery.
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent qualification).
* 18th Edition wiring regulations (Required).
*
Proven experience in commercial electrical maintenance and repairs.
*
Strong understanding of electrical control systems, fire alarms and lighting systems.
*
Knowledge of health and safety best practices.
*
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
Bonus Skills (Desirable but Not Essential):
*
Experience working in a facilities management or commercial environment.
*
Additional mechanical or HVAC-related qualifications.
*
Familiarity with BMS systems.
