About the School-

This is a great opportunity for a learning support assistant wanting to help young learners with special educational needs, supporting the young learner academically, socially and emotionally. The school focuses on building resilience and a love of learning in every student. It also takes learning beyond the classroom, helping students connect with their surroundings. With plenty of outdoor space, the school encourages creative and hands-on learning. Through its forest school program, students have the chance to learn in nature and enjoy unique, engaging experiences.

This role is perfect for either those who have experience as a TA/LSA and would like a different challenge or those that are considering a career in education and would like to gain some practical, class-based experience.

Requirements for the Teaching Assistant role:

***Experience supporting learners with Special Educational Needs is desirable

***Advantage to hold a degree and/or CACHE Level 3 but will consider those without

***Must be able to commit to 5 days per week between 8.30am and 3.45pm

***Keen to take on training and development provided by the agency and school
