At Power, we have set out to create the greatest garden shed brand in the world. We have been trading since March 2019 and having been growing rapidly. We have two large manufacturing unit in Bradford and have recently joined forces with the BSW group, allowing us to tap into their global structure to enable us to continue with our expansion plans. We make and supply premium wooden garden sheds and log cabins throughout the UK. We anticipate further rapid growth which means there are huge opportunities for individuals coming into the company at this early stage and to progress.

We need people who are willing to learn. We are particularly interested in recent graduates who are reliable, ambitious people looking for progression. You don’t need experience, just a love of helping people and desire to gain valuable office experience within a growing business, where you will get opportunity and exposure to all areas of the business.

You will join our customer service team and your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Learn about our products and services to allow you to assist customers and agents both over the phone and in writing;
  • Dealing with both retail and trade customers - sales (inbound only) and customer service;
  • Handling customer and agent complaints efficiently whilst providing excellent levels of Customer Service.
  • Liaising with the courier on deliveries and updating customers;
  • General office admin, scanning, printing, data input etc.

It is essential that you are a recent graduate, have excellent communication skills both on the phone and in writing, and you are quick on a computer / typing. Experience with Microsoft Excel and complaints handling is beneficial but not essential.

We will provide you with:

  • Competitive rates of pay - Salary between £24,440 - £26,520.
