I am looking for a Plumber candidate around Peterborough to work within the building services department of a large property development company. The position is a permanent role with work around the Midlands and East Anglia.

The Plumber will be responsible for:

Execute tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
Collaborate with our team to deliver outstanding results on time and within budget
Undertaking required training and information gathering to support any updates or changes to regulations
Knowledge/understanding of the contract design and construction drawings
Identify and implement improvements to any aspect of the service that we provide
Ensure effective communication between the client and the office/supervisor/manager
Ensure that all works are carried out in accordance with the client's requirements/specifications
Carry out works to the required standard whilst using sustainable resources and being environmentally conscious
The Plumber will have:

A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in mechanical engineering (plumbing/heating)
Unvented Hot Water
Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999
Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)
Experience working in a similar environment - commercial, domestic and industrial
Willingness to undertake training programmes as deemed necessary by the Company
Full UK drivers license
The Plumber will receive:

21 days holiday plus bank holidays and early finish on Friday's
