Service Coordinator

Hackney

£20 per hour(umbrella)

Full Time Contract (3 Months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Service Coordinator in Hackney. This is a contract with a scope for extension working full time hours.

The job:

• To maintain professional and helpful communications as the first point of contact for a service area senior management team
• To be responsible for arranging senior management team representation at meetings and ensuring that the attending manager is appropriately briefed in advance of attendance
• To maintain accurate records of the service area
• To provide a comprehensive support service for meetings and conferences, including the making of travel arrangements, drafting agendas, taking complex and confidential minutes

The candidate:

• Experience working in an administrative capacity in the public sector is essential
• Experience taking minutes is essential
• Experience working in a Children's Social Care setting in an administrative capacity is highly desirable
