About the role:

We are seeking a passionate SEN TA with a specialism in SEMH to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers a competitive daily salary of £85-£100. The role has become available due to an expansion of our team, reflecting our commitment to providing the best support for our students.

You will be working in a nurturing environment with small class sizes, allowing for individualised attention and support. This role stands out due to the extensive support provided to TAs and the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of students struggling with depression, anxiety, and other SEMH needs.

Application Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and/or experience in SEMH.

• A passion for working with children with SEMH needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs.

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans.

• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
