My client is a well-established Building Services Contractor, recognised for its multidisciplinary expertise in the design, construction, MEP services, as well as aftercare maintenance division.

They have built strong, long-term relationships with key industry clients and are a trusted partner across sectors such as data centres, mission-critical facilities, and various mixed-use developments nationwide.

We are currently looking for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team, overseeing a portfolio of projects including data centres, mission-critical, healthcare, and educational facilities across London and the surrounding areas.

In this role, you will act as the lead QS for projects with MEP values ranging from £500k to £5m, reporting directly to the Divisional Director.

My client offers a hybrid working environment, providing flexibility between on-site duties and remote work when needed.

This is a PAYE position with a competitive salary range of £65,000 - £75,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
