Commercial Finance Manager | South MCR (4 days in office) | £55,000 - £60,000 

Axon Moore have partnered with a global, market leading business just south of central Manchester who have a requirement for a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

With 1 direct report, you will not only have ownership of monthly management accounts, but you will have a large emphasis adding value to 5-10 senior stakeholders advising on commercial decisions, maximising profitability and preparing budgets & forecasts.

Role brief: 

Producing management accounts and monthly balance sheet reviews in line with Group deadlines  and monthly balance sheet reviews in line with group deadlines, challenging and supporting the processes as appropriate
Preparing annual budgets and quarterly forecasts 
Work with senior management teams to reflect all activity within the division, ensuring that items such as variations, rechargeable works and major project activity are represented accurately.
Business partnering with operational management, assisting in driving performance and supporting with commercial decisions
Seek to continually improve processes to eliminate administration burden and identify process efficiencies
Ensure financial control environment is maintained and enhanced
Ideal candidate:

Ability to communicate confidently and build relationships across a variety of operational teams in the business
Solid management accounts experience
SAP experience is desirable
