ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and execute a wedding business plan for ETM Group, detailing objectives, targets and performance measures.
• Maximising bookings from various third-party booking platforms and event agencies including weddings and in-bound enquiries from event platforms to drive conversion.
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the sales team to cross-sell to all ETM venues and to maximise enquiry to booking conversion rates.
• Actively reviews existing platform content for weddings, which will be kept up to date, ensure partners are aware of any new openings, offers and seasonal events.
• Accurately reporting booking labels, sources, minimum spend, commission % and final spend in Collins for future reference.
