Job Description: Site ManagerLocation: Midlands - Tipton OfficeDay rate: up to £325 (outside IR35)Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee civil infrastructure projects from their main office in Tipton.Responsibilities:

• Supervise multiple sites in Severn Trent
• Ensure on-site activities meet timelines, quality, and safety standards
• Manage project documentation and compliance
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct inspections and prepare reports for senior management

Requirements:

• Proven experience in civil or construction projects, preferably in the water or utilities
• SMSTS
• CSCS Black Card preferred
• Strong understanding of site management, safety standards, and construction practices

• Up to £325 per day outside IR35
