Our client is an interior fit out subcontractor who specialise in projects in the commercial, retail and fire door sectors. Their office is located in Guiseley, Leeds and they are looking to recruit a Project Manager who can provide operational and project management duties along with some commercial acumen including estimating.

They are a small but growing company who is keen to continue to win work, especially in the commercial sector. They need someone who has project management experience who can package things together and co-ordinate subcontractors through project lifecycles. Projects can be anything from £20,000 to £200,000 in value. The Project Manager will be required to use their knowledge and relationships with trade subcontractors.

The company is flexible to hybrid working so you can work from their head office in Guiseley or from home. Projects can be anywhere in the UK, so flexibility is required to travel to projects and to oversee their delivery.

Requirements:

* Project management experience for subcontractor or interior fit out contractor

* Experience in the fire door installations (desired)

* Experience in commercia and retail fit outs

* Estimation experience (desired)
