Residential Surveyor - North London

Cobalt recruitment is excited to be representing a reputable mid-sized independent firm of RICS Surveyors looking to add an ambitious residential surveyor to their established team.

Historically they have carried out a large amount of super prime surveys on high value residential properties and have an already established client base.

Remuneration

£50,000 - £65,000 + bonus + car allowance

The Role

You will be required to conduct surveys of prime residential properties ranging from £900k upwards in value within London, in order to write up accurate reports whilst developing and maintaining long lasting relationships with clients, providing a tailored service.

They have a low stress and flexible approach with their surveying team and have a feel-good feeling that I have not seen with other surveying firms I have met. They understand that some surveyors have additional responsibilities therefore adopt a flexible approach and do their best to accommodate, with a firm belief in having a good work life balance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a surveyor who is highly ambitious looking to expand their network and gain experience within the high end market, whilst having the autonomy to manage their own desk.

Requirements

• AssocRICS, MRICS, FRICS accreditation
• VRS Certification
• Drivers licence
• Previous experience carrying out surveys and report writing
• Experience with Level 2 RICS Surveys is essential, Level 3 is desirable not essential
