Registered Service Manager (Midlands)

Reporting to: Managing Director/Nominated Individual, Jordan Xavier Connect

Core Requirements:

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management or equivalent as a minimum o Willingness to register as a Manager with Ofsted

* Minimum two years of relevant Experience working with Children and Young people at senior level o Knowledge of the NMS Supported Accommodation 2023 and the Social Care Common Inspection Framework

* Can demonstrate knowledge and understanding of operational management within service provision

* A working understanding of relevant legislation and policies, such as Children and Families Act 2014, Health and Social Care, Safeguarding, Person Centred Planning o Knowledge of care standards and the requirements of OFSTED

* Full driving License valid for UK (Desirable)

* Highly developed organisational and administrative skills.

* Proven ability to prioritise tasks, manage workloads efficiently, and delegate responsibilities effectively.

* Demonstrated leadership skills with sound decision-making abilities.

* Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and developing staff to achieve their full potential.

* Proficient in managing staff performance, including the use of formal procedures when required.

* Confident and capable of handling emergency situations promptly and effectively.

Salary: £50K annually subject to NI and Tax

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours a week (Hybrid Role- 3 days a week from office, plus shared on-call)

Additionally, they must have the financial acumen and expertise to manage the service sustainably, ensuring its long-term financial stability and viability. Applicant must be willing to work alongside our sister companies, Jordan Xavier and Avanti Fostering. The key areas of focus are:
