Description

• Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• Reconciling invoices and identifying discrepancies.
• Creating and updating expense reports.
• Processing reimbursement forms.
• Participating in quarterly and annual audits.
• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Assisting with other accounting projects as needed.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

• Experience within a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly with Excel.
• An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Offer

• An hourly wage ranging between £12.60 and £15.40, dependent on the individual's skills and experience.
