The firm has multiple Legal 500 departments, including in residential property, and has offices across London.Position Overview: My client is looking to hire an experienced residential property paralegal with at least 1-year of experience working in a property role. In this role, you will be supporting fee-earners on a wide range of residential files, including sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, and lease extensions.Key Responsibilities:
· Assist fee-earners on the full range of residential property files
· Prepare and draft legal documents, carry out property searches, AML and source of funds checks, etc.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing timely updates and strategic advice.
· Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive legal services.Qualifications + Experience:
