Job Duties: - Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Manage financial data and records
- Analyse financial information to support decision-making
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes
- Provide financial guidance to management
Required Qualifications: - Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Proven experience as a Financial Accountant
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practises
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Minimum of 5 years in a similar roleKnowledge and Skills: - Thorough understanding of financial regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in a multinational company
Working Conditions: This role is based in an office setting in Sleugh, Berkshire. Standard office hours apply, with occasional overtime required during busy periods.
