Our client based in lovely offices in Twickenham are currently recruiting for an Experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team temporarily. The booking is for 2 months and to start as soon as possible.

This role involves taking the lead in managing complex cases, resolving escalated issues and providing guidance and support to the wider complaints team.

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role resolving customer complaints or complex cases
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to handle difficult conversations sensitively and professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience as a Customer Service Manager
