Reed Education are currently seeking driven and enthusiastic EYFS Teachers to join our team, offering a variety of work opportunities across Doncaster and Rotherham. Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across various schools within Doncaster and Rotherham.
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons independently when required, ensuring they meet the educational needs of young learners.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students’ varying needs and interests.
• Create a vibrant teaching atmosphere that fosters learning and student engagement.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the schools.
• Evaluate students’ academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors, and administrators to resolve students’ behavioural and academic problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must hold UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• ECTs are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• Resilient and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Enjoy the variety and adaptability of working in different locations.
• Capable of delivering pre-planned lessons and planning/delivering lessons independently.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
