Location: Ascot, Berkshire (with travel to clinics in Windlesham, Surrey, & White Waltham, Berkshire)

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum

Our client is a rapidly expanding group of private GP clinics based in Surrey and Berkshire. Established in 2015, their clinics offer a significant membership model with built-in health checks and same-day appointments. They are dedicated to providing premium healthcare services, focusing on personalised patient care and operational excellence.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee their clinics' efficient management and support their business's strategic growth.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their three clinics, including managing day-to-day operations, compliance, and staff. You will work closely with the CEO and healthcare stakeholders to optimise patient care, oversee regulatory compliance, and help scale their membership model.

This position will involve some travel between clinics (travel expenses reimbursed) to ensure consistent standards are maintained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of their clinics, ensuring exceptional patient care and operational efficiency.
Manage clinic staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure regulatory compliance, including maintaining CQC standards.
Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to continuously improve service offerings.
Manage clinic financials, including budgeting and invoicing.
Assist with marketing initiatives and the strategic growth of the membership model.
Ensure all IT systems, including Semble practice management, are effectively used to streamline operations.
Support the CEO in scaling the clinic growth and assisting with day-to-day operations.
Skills & Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

Proven experience in healthcare administration, including managing a private GP surgery or medical practice.
Strong track record of maintaining CQC and compliance regulations in a healthcare setting.
Demonstrated ability to manage staff, patient care, and operational efficiency.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with patients, staff, and healthcare stakeholders.
IT proficient, with experience using the Semble practice management system.
Must have the right to work in the UK (unable to offer sponsorship).
Desirable Criteria:

Knowledge of working with insurance and/or corporate healthcare services.
A relevant degree or certification in healthcare management or a related field is preferred.
