The RoleWe are delighted to be exclusively supporting a global business with their search for a customer service representative. This role is home-working, however, the team do have regular meet ups in the South East of England.Main responsibilities:
  • Overview and co-ordination of all product movements for Europe and Asia.
  • Customer management to support the Sales and logistics teams in effective and timely sales planning and delivery.
  • Relationship management with co-ordinating Customer and supply chain flows and requirements.
  • Support finance in sales invoicing and payment monitoring.
  • Support our sales team in providing customer management information.
  • Responding to queries and requests from our international customer base and colleagues.
  • Create and maintain customer accounts.
  • Work with customers, third party partners and colleagues across the business to always maintain a high standard of customer service.
  • Open order book monitoring and maintenance to maintain flow of orders through 3PL warehouse.
  • Continuous review and development to support the sales process and flows.
The PersonSkills/Attributes:
  • 3 years minimum of customer service and sales office administration experience, ideally in a similar sector.
  • Experience of customer service experience with an international customer base would be beneficial
  • Experience working through Distributors, Retailers and Suppliers; Online and Offline
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team from home, interacting with colleagues, customers and partners via online meeting applications.
  • An inherent desire to champion the needs of the customer whilst fully supporting the requirements of the business.
  • Problem solving skills and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Accurate.
  • Flexible approach to tasks and coverage.
  • Strong professional relationships with all customers
