Join Our Client's Team as a Site Supervisor!

Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Wynyard, Billingham - North East
Salary: £45,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
Call-Out: 1 in 5 week call-out rota (standby allowance to be confirmed)

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage a team of 6 engineers on various shift patterns

* Oversee and ensure efficient operation and maintenance of electrical systems

* Maintain a high standard of safety and compliance at all times

* Primarily hands-off, focusing on supervisory and managerial tasks

* Will be trained to manage High Voltage (HV) systems on-site

* Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner

* Collaborate with team members and management to maintain the smooth operation of the site

Qualifications and Skills:

* Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer or Site Supervisor

* Strong leadership and team management skills

* Ideally, previous data centre (DC) experience, but not essential

* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

* Willingness to undergo HV training
