The successful candidate will play a key role in managing audits from planning through to completion, reviewing the work of junior staff, and supporting Partners in delivering strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage audit assignments from planning to completion
  • Lead and mentor audit teams, providing guidance and support
  • Review working papers and ensure compliance with audit standards
  • Liaise with clients and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Work closely with Partners and senior staff to deliver high-quality audits
  • Identify opportunities to add value and improve processes
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of audit regulations
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven experience managing audits and leading teams
