Boutique Investment House based in Cambridge wishes to recruit an x 4 CLIENT INVESTMENT OPERATIONS to join their Investment Operations Team. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients as their first point of contact, as well as managing administrative procedures to ensure an impeccable client experience.

Duties of the Client Investment Operations to include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients and their intermediaries. This includes attending client meetings and managing discussions regarding client administration matters and client experience.
  • Managing the client life cycle process to ensure an efficient client experience. Tasks include - Onboarding, Transfers, Payments, Account amendments and data maintenance, Reporting and Closures), and preparing the relevant literature and presentations for client review meetings.
  • Taking ownership and remaining accountable for all client administration tasks undertaken.
  • Acting as the main liaison between the Investment Management team and the Operations team and ensures all parties are kept up to date with progress.
  • Understanding client suitability requirements and producing suitability reviews for prospective and existing clients.
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with the Investment Management team, taking responsibility for sharing knowledge and business updates with all those involved for maximum efficiency.
  • Contributing to relevant company development by actively participating in projects and committees where required.

Requirements for the successful Candidate:

  • Previous related experience working within the Investment or Wealth Management industry (1 year required).
  • Experience managing the full life-cycle of administration processes.
  • Professional experience of working closely with clients.
