Are you an experienced Depot Manager with knowledge and experience of plant and construction machinery?

Our superb national client based in Stoke is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for overseeing the whole of the depot operation including parts, service & workshop departments, staff recruitment - development, motivation & training of staff, generating business plans & forecasts, analysing results, working to depot strategy to deliver profitable solutions, project management, compliance, health & safety, assessing & delivering technical solutions to a full client base, offering a high level customer service at all times, issue resolution, and much more.

To be considered for the role of Depot Manager, you will ideally have worked within the construction / plant machinery industry or similar in a branch management / depot management level role. You will be commercially aware, have exceptional communication skills, be self-motivated, have a good level of technical understanding, a proven record of working in a customer focused / service environment, strong leadership skills, excellent networking skills, ability to multi task and strong focus.
