Manpower are recruiting a Contracts Coordinator on a part time basis in NG14!

*Must drive due to location.

Duties to include:

Preparing delivery notes
Dealing with customer queries through phone and email
Dealing with any supplier queries
Ensure internal systems are updated when required
Preparing information packs
Contacting and liaising with clients to agree specifications, delivery and installation dates etc
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, high levels of organisation and have strong administrative and customer service skills.

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:45am-5pm with a 45 minute break.

£15, 766.52 per annum
