About the Class Teacher Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated KS1 and KS2 Class Teachers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring a love of learning in young students. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality education to your class, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential.

Class Teacher Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help students improve.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers about their child's progress and development.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
Uphold the school's values and ethos, contributing to the wider school community.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching in KS1 and/or KS2.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent classroom management skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
