Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum Occupational Therapist to join an acute hospital team in Leeds. This role involves working with adult inpatients to support rehabilitation, discharge planning, and functional assessments.
Key Responsibilities: - Assess and treat adult patients within an acute hospital setting.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate safe and timely discharges.
- Provide expert advice and interventions to support patients’ recovery.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to service development.
Requirements: - HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist.
- NHS or equivalent acute hospital experience at Band 6 level.
