Position: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative
Job Type: Full-Time - Permanent Contract
Salary: £30350pa to £34745pa depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform a variety of trades, including (but not limited to) painting and decorating, tiling, dry lining, tape and jointing, siliconing, basic carpentry, other general maintenance duties.

* Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, in line with health and safety regulations.

* Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.

* Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used.

* Manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Proven experience as a multi-trader or in multiple trades.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Full clean UK driving licence.

* CSCS card or willingness to gain.

Working Hours:

40 hours per week contracted hours, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
