We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Mobile Mechanical Engineer to join a growing FM provider. This role will focus on high end residential and some retail buildings. You will cover around 3-4 different sites a day.

About the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

The company will provide you with a van and fuel card and you will be cover central London and greater London. The sites included cinemas,shops and high end flats.

Responsibility for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Carry out maintenance on AHUs,FCUs and HIUs
Hot water cylinder checks
Pumps and heat ex changers
Fire Alarm testing
VRVs and VRHs
Under floor heating
Small install workExperience Required for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer:

Level 3 Mechanical - City & Guilds or equivalentWe offer for the role of Mobile Mechanical Engineer

Salary up to £49K dependent on experience
Van can be used for personal usage
