Description
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies and plans to enhance employee engagement
- Produce compelling content for various internal platforms
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure message consistency
- Provide communications support for internal events and initiatives
- Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and make improvements where necessary
- Manage internal communication emergencies
- Work closely with the marketing team to align internal and external messaging
- Stay abreast of industry trends and incorporate best practices in internal communications
Profile
A successful Internal Communications Executive should have:
- A degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field
- Proven experience in internal communications or a similar role
- Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital media and internal communication platforms
- A strong understanding of the Transport & Distribution industry
- An ability to work effectively in a team and independently
