Role summary - The Customer Fulfilment Centre Advisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to residents who are enquiring about their council tax and housing benefits. The successful candidate will be required to handle a high volume of calls and emails and will need to have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of calls and emails related to council tax and housing benefits
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of calls and emails
- Good IT skills
