Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and patient SEND Teaching Assistant to support children in Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) with additional needs. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about inclusive education and can create a supportive, engaging, and structured learning environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide targeted support to children with SEND in EYFS

* Assist with classroom activities, sensory play, and early learning tasks

* Work closely with the teacher and SEND team to ensure individual learning plans are followed

* Help children develop social, communication, and motor skills in a nurturing setting

* Encourage independence and confidence through structured learning and play

Required Experience

* SEND experience within a school setting

* Classroom experience in a primary or EYFS environment

* Knowledge of EYFS learning and development principles

* A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to supporting children with additional needs
