Position: Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle tenant enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work
• Oversee rent collection and ensure accurate financial records
• Conduct regular property inspections
• Prepare and manage tenancy agreements

• Strong administrative skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in lettings or property management
• Superb organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of the lettings process
