Billing Team Leader:

• Oversee and manage the billing team in their day-to-day functions
• Ensure timely and accurate billing of services
• Implement and maintain efficient billing processes and procedures
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve any billing issues
• Train and mentor team members for their professional development
• Monitor and report on team performance and billing metrics
• Identify process improvements to enhance billing accuracy and efficiency

Profile

A successful Billing Team Leader should have:

• Proven leadership skills in a Billing or similar role
