CREDIT CONTROLLER - UP TO £18.50/HR - ASAP START DATE - OXFORD - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a fantastic business in Oxford that are looking for a full-time Credit Controller to join the team ASAP for 2-3 months.

Responsibilities:

• Managing customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Chasing overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment plans.
• Resolving invoice queries and working closely with the sales and finance teams.
• Preparing reports on debtor balances and aged debt.
• Supporting the wider finance team with month-end tasks and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a credit control role.
• Experience in a professional services environment ideal.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
