Assistant Finance Business Partner | £32-35k + Study | Golborne

Axon Moore is delighted to be supporting a growing business and long-standing client of ours in finding their next finance superstar. This is a full-time, permanent position that's well suited to someone that is studying/wants to study and is looking to progress their career within a Finance Business Partner role.

Your role is to provide high quality control and support to the Finance Business Partner and be able to deputise when required. This will include ensuring controls are well maintained and adhered to, ensuring close control of working capital and preparing accurate financial and commercial information

Your role will include:
• Working closely with finance/commercial processing teams to ensure control compliance
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of management accounts and ability to analyse variances
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and understanding of balances
• Review and oversee payroll process ready for finance partner sign off
• Preparation and control of cashflow and working capital for finance partner review
• Preparation of weekly P&Ls
• Assisting with the job ledger which is a key element to the financial results
• Assist in the development of reports and analysis to understand the business
• Working with external auditors re annual audit

• Salary: £32-35k
