Company Overview - Night Operations Supervisor

Our Client are currently looking for a Night Operations Supervisor to join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Night Operations Supervisor to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations overnight. If you're passionate about transport and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you.

Night Operations Supervisor Role and Responsibilities:

* Oversee vehicle run-out/run-back, ensuring no delays.

* Ensure drivers meet compliance (CPC, licence, uniform).

* Manage crew and private hire allocations for on-time service.

* Handle driver and vehicle unavailability, maintaining punctuality.

* Keep drivers updated on road closures/diversions.

* Investigate incidents, delays, and non-compliance.

* Provide excellent customer service via phone and email.

* Ensure compliance with driving hours and conduct random drug/alcohol tests.

* Perform vehicle breakdowns, inspections, and audits as required.

* Complete daily shift handovers and ensure proper documentation.

Night Operations Supervisor Skills and Experience:

* Knowledge of Heathrow Airport and West London.

* Experience in regulated bus services or airside operations.

* IT skills (Microsoft Suite, Coach Manager, OmniDas).

* Understanding of rotas, driver allocations, and scheduling.

* Ability to react quickly, solve problems, and remain calm under pressure.

* Familiarity with GB and EU driving hours regulations.

* Full UK driving licence (Cat D).

* Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

* Valid Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC).

* 5-year checkable work/education history.

* Clean criminal record.
