This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to handle a diverse caseload, working on a variety of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and contractual disputes. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing legal support and representation to clients, ensuring the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of litigation matters, including civil and commercial disputes.

Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal correspondence.

Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategy.

*

Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and other legal professionals.

Attending court hearings and case conferences as required.

Negotiating settlements and alternative dispute resolution processes.

*

Ensuring compliance with relevant legal procedures and firm policies.

About You

*

A qualified Legal Executive (CILEx).

*

Strong knowledge of civil litigation processes and relevant legislation.

*

Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.

*

Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

*

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

*

Exceptional communication and client management skills.
