My client are a well established construction company that specialise in high-rise residential schemes. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an Facade Manager to join them in Leeds! (Contract

In return they are offering:

* Day rate is DOE

* Contract is 18 months long

* Continuous work in the area afterwards

* Project is based in leeds

* Looking for someone to start asap

Ideal candidate:

* Experience in managing Facades on a multi occupancy project

* Main Contractor background

* Strong and effective sub-contractor management skills

* The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.

* Have worked on high-rise style projects

Role/Responsibilities:

* Reviewing project / external / façade specifications - to ensure subcontractor proposals are in line with Design Team and Client specification.

* Ensuring coordination of external elements across various subcontract packages and oversight of the detailed interface to ensure building air and weather tightness is achieved.

* Carrying out technical appraisal of Subcontractors proposals to ensure compliance with specifications.

* Maintaining accurate records

* Ensuring construction and site safety
