Technical Compliance Coordinator Role Overview:

Working closely alongside a highly successful Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the compliance for the Technical department, ensuring Quality documentation, investigations and audits are all completed in a timely manner and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities of the Technical Compliance Coordinator:

Maintain and update the QMS to meet compliance standards.
Prepare and review food safety documentation.
Assist with internal and external BRC audits.
Handle customer complaints, investigate root causes, and analyse trends.
Ensure product labels comply with specifications and regulations.
Review and adjust risk assessments as needed.
Deliver technical training to junior team members.
Maintain lab standards, including equipment and hygiene.
Monitor and manage the Environmental Monitoring Program (EMP).
Lead recall investigations and ensure traceability.
Perform regular food safety compliance checks.What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar role, within a food manufacturing environment
A degree or equivalent in a Food Science or related discipline
Knowledge of food legislation, labelling, nutritional and allergen information
