The client is a leading Marketing Agency dedicated to providing innovative solutions to clients in Marketing and Advertising, they need a BI Analyst to leverage data-driven insights to improve decision-making, enhance customer experiences, and achieve sustainable growth.

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data (BI) Analyst to join our dynamic team. The BI Developer will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, analyse, and interpret financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop and maintain standardized and ad-hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Dashboard and Visualisation Development:
Create and manage interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Ensure dashboards provide clear, accurate, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business leaders, finance teams, and IT to understand data requirements and deliver tailored BI solutions.
Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Data Integrity and Quality Assurance:
Perform data validation and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of datasets.
Identify and resolve data quality issues by working closely with data engineers and IT teams.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes and streamline data workflows.
Contribute to the development of best practices for BI tools and processes.

Qualifications

DO NOT BE PUT OF BY THE SKILLS - MARKETING EXP IS NOT REQUIREDRequired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the marketing Industry.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Understanding of Google Analytics would be a huge PLUS
Knowledge of DAX and Automation
Knowledge of data modeling concepts and ETL processes.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases.
Understanding of financial services operations and terminology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Skills:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Certification in BI tools or related technologies.
Marketing Background
Knowledge of SEO and PPC
Experience working on GTM or GA4
